This application is intended for general fitness and personal wellness tracking only. VitalsMirror is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All contactless wellness check-in readings—including resting Heart Rate (BPM), guided breathing & relaxation cadence, and daily wellness readiness scores—are for personal wellness insights and general wellness reference only. They are not clinically validated measurements and should not be used for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring of medical conditions, or any medical decision-making. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical advice or concerns. In the event of a medical emergency, call emergency services (108 / 112 in India or 911 in the US) immediately.

Acceptance & Eligibility (18+ Years Old)

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the VitalsMirror mobile application on Android or iOS (the "Application") or our official website hosted at https://arogyaiq.com (and https://vitalsmirror.com, the "Website", and collectively with the Application, the "Platform").

  1. Binding Agreement: By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
  2. Age Requirement (18+ Only): You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using VitalsMirror, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  3. Updates to Terms: We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Use of the Platform & Intellectual Property

  1. Personal, Non-Commercial License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mayura Medical Care LLP ("VitalsMirror") grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on a compatible Android or iOS device that you own or control, and to browse the Website, strictly for your personal, non-commercial general wellness use.
  2. Ownership of Materials: All content, design systems, visual interfaces, optical signal-processing software, trilingual voice guidance scripts (English, Telugu, and Hindi), trademarks, and logos on the Platform (collectively, "Materials") are the proprietary property of Mayura Medical Care LLP (VitalsMirror) or its licensors.
  3. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying optical algorithms of the Platform without our prior written permission.

2. Termination of Use

You may discontinue your use of the Platform and delete your account and all associated wellness data at any time via Profile & Settings → Delete My Account & Data inside the Application or via https://arogyaiq.com/delete-account. VitalsMirror reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

3. Wellness Data & Privacy

  1. On-Device Skin-Patch Processing: To provide contactless heart rate and personal wellness insights, the Application uses a live optical reading of a small patch of skin from the user's face, without any identifiable feature such as eyes. That optical information is processed in real time on your device, is not retained once the check-in ends (0 seconds retention), and is never transferred to our servers.
  2. Privacy Policy: Our collection, storage, and protection of your personal account details and numeric wellness data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
  3. Accuracy of User Inputs: You are responsible for ensuring that any profile information you voluntarily provide is accurate and up to date.

4. General Wellness Disclaimer & "AS IS" Provision

  1. Informational & General Wellness Purpose Only (Wellness Metrics Scope): All content and wellness metrics provided by VitalsMirror—including resting Heart Rate (BPM), guided breathing & relaxation cadence, and daily wellness readiness scores—are intended solely for general fitness, personal wellness insights, and lifestyle self-awareness. All readings are for general wellness reference only and are not clinically validated measurements. VitalsMirror is not a healthcare provider, and use of the Platform does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
  2. Spot Check Conditions: Contactless optical check-ins rely on Remote Photoplethysmography (rPPG) and require you to sit still at rest in comfortable room lighting for 60 seconds. If lighting is too dim, glare is excessive, or movement occurs during a check-in, the Application may pause or ask you to adjust your lighting rather than display an unreliable value.
  3. Peer-Reviewed Optical Pulse Rate Literature (Apple App Store Guideline 1.4.1): VitalsMirror's contactless optical pulse rate and breathing cadence calculations are grounded in published, peer-reviewed biomedical engineering literature, including:

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL MATERIALS AND WELLNESS READINGS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. VITALSMIRROR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY WELLNESS INSIGHT WILL DETECT OR PREVENT ANY MEDICAL CONDITION.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  1. IN NO EVENT SHALL VITALSMIRROR, MAYURA MEDICAL CARE LLP, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DELAYED MEDICAL CARE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON THE PLATFORM OR ITS WELLNESS DATA.
  2. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES, VITALSMIRROR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VITALSMIRROR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR INR ₹1,000 / USD $15.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mayura Medical Care LLP (VitalsMirror) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your use or misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

7. Account Security

If you register an account on the Application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your mobile device. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or scientific publications for informational reference. VitalsMirror does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

9. Apple App Store & Google Play Store Terms

  1. Apple App Store (iOS Users): If you download the Application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and VitalsMirror only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). VitalsMirror, not Apple, is solely responsible for the iOS Application and its content, maintenance, support, and warranty claims. Your license to use the Application on iOS is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
  2. Google Play Store (Android Users): If you download the Application from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and VitalsMirror only, and not with Google LLC, and your use is subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters relating to your access to or use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by VitalsMirror to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
